Fee and Replacement Rates

Fees can be paid at the counter in the library or online via My Page (Min side) or in the Bibliofil-app.

If the material is not returned after two reminders, we will send a replacement claim through municipal billing. This means you will have to pay for the material according to the compensation rates below, in addition to the overdue fee you have already incurred. If the material is returned, the replacement claim will be waived. However, if you return the material after receiving the replacement claim, you must still pay the fee. You may also choose to replace a book with a new copy of the same edition.

Invoices cannot be paid at the counter.

If you have been asked to replace a damaged book, you can do this at the counter or via online banking to 3000.62.18284

Remember to mark the payment with your borrower number and the title of the book.
